ASER standard serial port

This card features a primary serial port, with a slot for a second UART chip for a second
port. Ports can be set to COM 1-4 on IRQ 3 or 4

ASERHS High speed serial I/O port card:
The ASERHS is a full IDE I/O card with two
High Speed serial connections. To use this as just a serial card, disable all other
functions of the card.
